These Terms govern the relationship between you and Schuler + Co GmbH in connection with your use of Mealira. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Mealira is a personalised nutrition app that generates weekly meal plans based on your profile. The service is provided as-is. Meal plans are generated by AI and are informational only — they are not medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mealira. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use it on behalf of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Mealira offers a free tier and a Premium subscription billed monthly or yearly via the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The subscription price will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. Automated access, scraping, or abuse of the AI generation endpoints is prohibited.
All content, branding, and software in Mealira is owned by Mealira. Meal plans generated for your account are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or sold.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mealira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
