How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Mealira → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but the app still shows "Free".

Tap the Restore Purchases button on the paywall screen. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID and we'll sort it out.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at hello@mealira.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the address you used to sign up. We'll process the deletion within 30 days.

My meal plan didn't generate.

Make sure you have an active internet connection and reopen the app. If the plan still doesn't appear after a few minutes, pull down to refresh on the meal plan screen. Still stuck? Email us.

Can I change my dietary preferences?

Yes — go to Profile → Meal Preferences and update your settings. Your next weekly plan will reflect the changes.
